Fighting for anything else will take a long time. This place is huge and the only target you want to take is Muscovy. As Napoleon found out the hard way, it isn't the Russian soldiers that you should fear but it is the Russian land itself. Just have the two armies stationed close to Prussian borders to move fast as soon as you finish your next campaign. You'll be saving these two armires to take out Prussia and Hannover in a lightning fast strike. Send the two armies north to garrison in West Prussia. Once it is squashed, garrison strongly with dragoons. They will be so desperate at this point they should agree. Diplomatically meet with them and offer peace or even demand them to be your protectorate.

When you take Warsaw, the Poles should likely be reduced to one region. Garrison quickly with dragoons to keep the catholics under your thumb. Launch a two prong attack with your armies from Courland and Denmark against Poland, driving towards Warsaw. Now for Poland, which is the reason for having taken Courland. Take out Denmark and consign the faction to Iceland and ignore them the rest of the game. Your navy is just strong enough for the task. Be sure your navy is keeping the Danes bottled in their port. It will meet recruited trips on the road on the way. As you complete the conquest of Norway, send that army back on the road towards Denmark.

I moved on Norway first, recruiting into the army on the road. Next move was to take what should rightfully be Swedish territory, Denmark and Norway. Start preparing an effective army in Courland. Petersburg for your future attack on Muscovy. As long as your military tech is good you should be able to handle a Russian raid. Poland did not attack me in response but Russia did but with light forces. You never know what kind of opportunities it may try to go for as the table scraps fall from your table. A war between England and France will make you smile because it keeps them busy and ignoring your expansion. The last thing you want is encroachment from the west on your warfare. I then talked with France, England, and the United Provinces and shored up relations with them with gifts. I want to save them for the last conquest and also help keep the number of Baltic enemies to a minnimum. I pushed first for alliances with Prussia and Hanover. I would stress getting dragoons developed soon for garrison duties, particularly in catholic Poland and orthodox Russia.

As you'll be at war with several factions and trying to convert two other faiths to yours, too much clamor for reform could be a hazard. I avoided picking up to much in the philosophy. To start of, I focused my tech on military and production technologies. The faction is fun to play and is well suited to destroying its Baltic neighbors.

I'm currently playing as Sweden on the short campaign.
